"Update Feb 2019 forced install of their voicemail app but wasn't available in UK. Lazy app testing. Update 11 Mar 2019 caused server unavailable. Service is unusable at times telling me to check no's I dial from contacts. Also people don't recognise my mobile number or it's blocked as it displays me as a bogus international caller prefixed with 00144. Update 20 March 2020: text messages stopped working. Service died in 2021 - uninstalled & I'm owed credit 😡"

"Setup went well, worked reasonably well. Why a 1 star review? Theft. After I ported my number away from FreedomPop, they stopped charging my credit card, as expected. However, months later, small charges re-appeared. I contacted FreedomPop customer service twice over a couple weeks with no response. They changed me again and I had to file a complaint with Visa. If you have ever had to do this, it is a time suck and hassle. FreedomPop is not worth it. Use a less scam like service."
